The TSSC FA Team Member serves as a subject-matter expert responsible for delivering high-quality customer training, technical demonstrations, and technical support for Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), TEMPEST, and in-place monitoring solutions and services. The role emphasizes hands-on technical expertise and effective customer-facing communication to educate customers and internal teams on the detection and mitigation of technical surveillance threats, ensuring proper system use, operational confidence, and mission readiness.
FA Team Members act as trusted advisors, collaborating closely with product development, engineering, and field operations teams to support product demonstrations, technical briefings, and customer adoption across corporate and government environments. While the position may support pre- and post-sale activities through technical expertise and demonstrations, it is not a quota-driven sales role and remains focused on training, enablement, and long-term customer success.
These services are in support of 3dB Labs’ hardware and software portfolio—including SCEPTRE, Kirby, Citadel, and associated turnkey DSP systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led technical training on TSCM methodologies, tools, and best practices for customers and internal teams
- Lead hands-on product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical briefings for prospective and existing customers
- Provide technical support for pre- and post-engagement activities, including requirements definition and solution alignment
- Translate complex TSCM concepts into clear, practical, and business-relevant guidance for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with sales teams to support account planning, proposals, and customer presentations through subject-matter expertise
- Provide field-driven feedback to engineering and product teams to support continuous product improvement
- Support customer onboarding, training documentation, and ongoing technical enablement
- Represent 3dB Labs at industry events, training engagements, and customer workshops as a technical subject-matter expert
- Develop and maintain operational expertise in SCEPTRE’s mission capabilities, including geolocation, signal collection, and multi-node operations, to support real-world deployments
- Attain mission-ready proficiency in Kirby and Citadel systems, encompassing setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and execution across representative operational scenarios
- Understand and apply product workflows within realistic customer mission environments, ensuring systems are employed effectively to meet operational objectives and threat conditions
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to align training content and field guidance with current system capabilities and mission requirements
- Work closely with field operations teams to support mission execution, capture lessons learned, and reinforce best-practice system use
- Partner with sales and solutions teams to provide technical expertise during customer engagements, demonstrations, and operational discussions
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders to understand mission objectives, operational constraints, and deployment environments
- Provide structured field and customer feedback to internal teams to inform product enhancements, documentation updates, and training improvements
- Support internal enablement efforts by briefing cross-functional teams on system updates, operational use cases, and emerging threat considerations
Qualifications
Required
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- 5-7 years of experience in technical investigations
- Completion of formal government or government-recognized TSCM training Experience conducting physical, technical, and electronic sweeps of offices, residences, vehicles, and secure facilities
- Familiarity with legal and procedural requirements for investigations
- Advanced knowledge of RF theory, signal analysis, telecommunications systems, and covert surveillance technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive physical, technical, and electronic surveillance sweeps of classified and sensitive facilities Strong understanding of RF theory, wireless communications, and electronic surveillance techniques
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal laws, regulations, and policies
- High level of discretion, integrity, and client confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- This position is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing
Preferred
- Prior service with a U.S. intelligence agency, DoD, federal law enforcement agency, or national security organization
- Familiarity with ICD, NISPOM, and TEMPEST-related standards
- Hands-on experience with SDRs, RF equipment, or In-place monitoring systems.
- Experience with 3dB Labs Sceptre software and product lines
- Strong analytical and investigative skills

- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
