We are looking for a deadline-focused Contracts Manager to help manage our growing work portfolio and contracts. The position will support the day-to-day operations of contracting activities in accordance with company policies, contractual and regulatory requirements. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

The Contracts Manager will help provide leadership in every aspect of the contract lifecycle and use creative thinking skills to drive solutions that help solve the critical missions that 3dB Labs serves.

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary focal point within their assigned business area for customer interface with Company during all phases of contract performance
  • Work independently with minimal oversight, research compliance issues, interpret regulations, and formulate recommendations, using knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other Customer regulations
  • Reviews and facilitates execution of non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract and prime contract agreements
  • Tracks and administers awards, modifications, and task orders; routes contractual documents and maintains contract and subcontract files; completes Reps & Certs and closeout documentation
  • Work directly with with Program Managers, budgeting personnel, Contracting Officers, DCAA and DCMA

Contracts Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Management, or other related field preferred,) Masters preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years direct experience working as a government employee/contractor in contracts/pricing or subcontracts
  • In-depth knowledge of contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF) and their application in software/hardware industries.
  • Knowledge of government procurement regulations and practices, including FAR, DFAR, ITAR, etc.
  • US Citizen with the ability to acquire a US Government Security Clearance
