We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage our program initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining alignment with our strategic goals. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, production, and field support, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' mission requirements. As the role evolves, there is an opportunity for growth into the Director of Program Management, where responsibilities will expand to include PMO functions such as contract management and program finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in accordance with client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with military clients, understanding their mission needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and communication of software and hardware capabilities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, articulating technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Assist in the development of program management best practices and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our PMO.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in program management or leadership equivalent, preferably in a technical environment with exposure to military applications.
- Strong understanding of Digital Signal Processing technologies and their applications in military contexts.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
