    • Maintain complete and accurate records of configuration data, including baselines, approved changes, and release documentation.
    • Ensure traceability of all configuration changes from initial identification through final implementation.
    • Prepare and deliver required configuration status accounting (CSA) reports and documentation to internal stakeholders and Government representatives.
  4. Configuration Audits and Verification
    • Plan, coordinate, and support configuration audits — including Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) — in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.
    • Verify that product design, documentation, and production outputs are consistent with approved baselines and specifications.
    • Support Government and customer audits of configuration documentation and data repositories.
  5. Data and Document Management

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within CM workflows, documentation control, and data integrity.
    • Participate in internal process reviews and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen CM practices.
    • Assess risks to configuration integrity and implement mitigation strategies to maintain data and product traceability.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills with attention to detail and traceability.
  • Ability to interface effectively with engineering, quality assurance, program management, suppliers, and customers.
  • Familiarity with document control practices, data management, and technical data package (TDP) requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports, plans, and CDRL deliverables.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplined environment, engaging and collaborating with multiple key stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • 8+ years of experience in configuration management, data management, or related engineering disciplines in a defense, aerospace, or government contracting environment.
  • Experience supporting Government programs requiring configuration control of hardware and software baselines.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering processes, design documentation, and product lifecycle management.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
